SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICIES

  1. All prices are in US dollars.

  2. In the Shopping Cart, you are required to select your country and enter your zip code or postal code.

  3. If you don't see your country in the drop-down menu, then W4RT Electronics does not offer sales or service to that country. The reasons for excluding specific countries are varied, but involve erratic postal service within the country, credit card fraud, and so on. Please do not ask for an exception because we will not honor the request with most sincre regrets.

  4. You then click on "Add Shipping" and a variety of offered shipping options, which are applicable to your locality, are displayed.

  5. The shipping is determined using real-time computation through a link to the U.S. Postal Service and United Parcel Service based upon the shipping weight of the items you have selected plus a small handling fee. Shipping costs seemingly continue to rise and our links to USPS and UPS assure you that the current rates are being used.

  6. Non-US orders requiring custom forms with be charged an additional handling fee due to significant time require to properly prepare these documents. Please do NOT ask us to declare on the Customs Form a lower value than your purchase price. To do so would place W4RT Electronics in violation of U.S. laws.

  7. Delivery confirmation is also included for USPS shipments.

  8. IMPORTANT: In the Shopping Cart, you are offered an opportunity to purchase insurance at the rate the USPS and UPS charges us. IF YOU DON'T PURCHASE INSURANCE, YOU ARE ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MATERIAL BEING SHIPPED TO YOU. However, we can state that W4RT Electronics has suffered no lost of packages using either the USPS or UPS during the past five years. CLICK HERE FOR INSURANCE PURCHASE INFORMATION.

  9. Please don't ask us for a tracking number. By the time you have us look it up and send it, the package will likely be there. Orders are almost always filled the day received if received before 2000 UTC. When we ship by USPS, the tracking number is not of a lot of value (generally a day or so behind) unless the shipment gets lost ... and we have never have the USPS permanently misplace a package in the thousands we have shipped! If you haven't received your package in 5 or 6 business days, then please do contact us by email.
